For companies with regular volume we work under a confidentiality agreement, a corporate tariff and a formal quotation process.
Confidentiality
Contracts, patents and financial documents are handled under a confidentiality undertaking. Only the staff working on the file can see it, and access is logged.
Pricing
A corporate tariff is set according to volume, so individual jobs are not negotiated one by one. Official fees are always shown separately and carry no VAT.
Invoicing
Monthly consolidated invoicing is available. Quote, order and invoice numbers match one another, which is what makes reconciliation straightforward for your accounts team.
