Which certification do you need?
Institutions ask for different levels of certification. Buying more than you need wastes money and time; buying less means the application is refused.
Ask the institution first
Find out exactly what the body requesting the document wants: a sworn translation, a notarised translation, or an apostilled one? That single question removes most of the uncertainty.
If the document stays in Türkiye
A sworn translation is usually enough. Some institutions also require notarisation, which adds a fee per page.
If the document goes abroad
If the destination country is party to the Hague Convention you need an apostille; if not, approval by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs followed by the consulate. Remember that the apostille goes on the original document, not on the translation.

Most notary and apostille steps need the original or a certified copy. We tell you at the pricing stage when that applies, and the original comes back to you on delivery.
How long it takes
Translation alone takes one to two working days; notarisation adds a day, an apostille one to two. Once you upload the document we show the delivery date as a commitment, not an estimate.
